Job Summary

The Head of Mid and Prime Enterprises will be a strategic leader responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing initiatives, policies, and support systems specifically targeted at fostering the growth, competitiveness, and transition of Medium Enterprises (Mid) and the most competitive and growth-oriented (Prime) MSMEs. This role requires a blend of policy expertise, industry knowledge, stakeholder management, and a focus on driving economic impact through scaling up these key enterprises. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy and Policy Development :

• Lead the formulation of strategic plans and policies to accelerate the growth and global competitiveness of Mid and Prime enterprises within the region / nation.
• Analyze economic trends, market demands, and regulatory landscapes to identify key challenges and opportunities for this specific segment.
• Design and champion specialized schemes related to technology adoption, export promotion, large-scale credit access, and infrastructure development for Mid and Prime enterprises.
