Job Description
- Troubleshooting of EDC products = Servo drives / Motors / HMI and Motion controller products,.
- Field service support to troubleshoot, analyses the product problems at customer site
- Preparing detailed CAPA and RCA report for the repetitive failures and site observation to solve the problem end to end of customer issues
- Maintenance training on EDC products to customer / Basic PLC programming and Troubleshooting
- Attending customer for field service complaints.
- Installation support
- Service book update
- Managing audits and update as per central quality directives.
- SAP process from start of notification till end of field service with detailed technical report – Prepare field service offer,
negotiation with customer and collection of i-base data from end customer market
Qualifications
BE- Electrical / Electronics with 2 to 5 Years of Experience
or Diploma in electrical or Electronics with 3-5 year experience
