About the Role

We’re looking for a  Videographer & Editor  who can make people  feel  something every time they watch a Bubz or Filo video. You’ll capture energy, motion, and storytelling that brings our brands to life from high-impact campaign films to raw, behind-the-scenes moments.

This isn’t just a camera job it’s a creative partnership. You’ll brainstorm, direct, shoot, edit, and deliver content that turns heads and builds culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos for campaigns, events, and social media.
• Capture lifestyle, product, and brand visuals that reflect our tone and energy.
• Plan and execute influencer, café, and outdoor shoots across Mumbai & beyond.
• Handle lighting setups, framing, and post-production independently.
• Edit reels, product films, and BTS clips for Instagram, YouTube, and ad campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing & design teams to ensure visual consistency and storytelling alignment.
• Stay on top of trends, music, and motion styles to keep content fresh and viral-ready.

Expect  flexible hours, creative freedom , and the occasional weekend shoot (with comp-offs given). Everyone here is a  leader , taking full ownership of their work.
