Job description : Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution across multiple sites, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor site teams, including Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors, to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee labour management, including tracking attendance, deploying manpower across sites, and ensuring optimal workforce utilization.
- Conduct pre-installation site visits to assess readiness, identify risks, and ensure smooth execution planning.
- Review and validate BOQs, technical drawings, and contractual scope to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate with procurement and installation teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and deviations; implement corrective actions proactively.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and engineering practices across all sites.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Conduct weekly progress reviews, prepare reports, and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost control, and efficient resource planning.
Requirements
B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).Minimum 4 years of experience in project execution, preferably in turnkey interior or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, BOQ interpretation, and project documentation.Excellent planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.Good communication and leadership skills.Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.Job Type : Full-time
