Head – Planning & Billing

to lead material planning, wastage control, billing of projects, and the development of a Planning & Billing department.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and lead the Planning & Billing function at Arari.

Oversee material calculation, forecasting, and wastage monitoring across sites.

Standardize billing systems for client, subcontractor, and internal billing.

Build and mentor a team of planning and billing engineers.

Coordinate closely with execution, procurement, and finance teams.

Drive reporting, governance, and cost discipline across projects.

Skills & Experience

7+yrs

Experience in planning, billing, BOQ, and cost control in

interior fit-outs / contracting / construction .

Proven leadership in managing teams and processes.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, ERP systems.

PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus.
