Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring for the role of :

🌍 International Tour Consultant – Europe / USA / Australia / New Zealand / Japan

If you have a travel industry background and the passion to craft personalized travel experiences, we want you on our team!

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an International Tour Consultant, you will :

Assist guests in planning and booking their ideal travel experiences.

Design bespoke itineraries tailored to client preferences.

Provide detailed travel insights (destinations, weather, activities, etc.).

Facilitate end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage trip customizations, negotiate changes, and resolve concerns.

Maintain guest databases and build long-term relationships.

Meet sales and revenue goals while handling advances / refunds.

Handle challenges with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field .

1+ year of experience in selling international tour packages.

Proficiency in travel tools / software and basic MS Office / Canva skills.

Multilingual skills are a bonus!

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Enthusiastic, motivated, and able to handle challenges under pressure.
