Job description3 to 10+ years of backend development experience working at a product-based company Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) and M.Tech / M.E. from IIT, NIT, or equivalent top-tier institution. Strong hands-on experience with Go OR Python Experience with Databases as a programmer, i.E., Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL, etc Proficient with API development and testing (REST or GraphQL) Familiarity with React.Js or frontend collaboration Experience with CI / CD & GCP A mindset of ownership , speed, and high-quality delivery in a startup setting
We’re seeking a Back End Engineer with experience in Go and Python to help scale our infrastructure and data services.
What You’ll Do
- A passion for building scalable AI agents
- Build scalable back-end services using Go and Python
- Design and deploy containerized microservices using Kubernetes
- Optimize graph database queries and models in Neo4j
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Ops
- Develop and maintain well-tested APIs with clear documentation
- Participate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and product planning
- Contribute to CI / CD workflows in a cloud-native (GCP) environment
