Industrial Relation & Legal
1. To execute process which fulfills and monitor compliance at all legislative and local governing agencies.
2. To support Head - HR&A to Settle Union Grievances and maintain peaceful industrial relations for better plant operations
3. To execute corrective and preventive actions towards preventing indiscipline in the organisation
4. Liasoning with surrounding villagers & industrial officials to maintain cordial relations with them and ensuring mutual understanding
5. To communicate & handle local issues like gram panchayat tax, political parties, Local / project affected people employment
6. To consult & communicate with Legal advisors for Labour, Civil, Criminal cases
Contract Employees
1. To monitor services of Manpower contractors are as per terms and conditions of their contract. To change review / change the concerned contract in time. Negotiation and finalisation of contracts along with concerned department.
2. To follow business process flow of recruitment for contract employees
3. To check legal compliance of contractors
4. To prepare, monitor & control contractor's manpower budget & suggest counter measures for any variance
Knowledge Management (EMS) / TQM folder / 5S
1. To maintain TQM Folder
2. To supervise & maintain 5S activities
3. To implement EMS practices as per the procedures
