Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US healthcare market.
  • Explain company services clearly and confidently to prospects.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM regularly.
  • Meet daily / weekly call and lead targets.
  • Follow up on warm leads and ensure strong client communication.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (US process preferred).
  • Strong spoken English with a neutral or US accent.
  • Familiarity with healthcare / medical billing domain is a plus.
  • Ability to handle objections and communicate professionally.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organised.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a medical billing or healthcare BPO environment.
  • Experience working with US-based clients or leads.
