Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

1. 3+ Experience in Home Interior Costing / Execution having knowledge on Local market Pricing and Trends.

2. Have an understanding of the industry and its related service categories.

3. Collaborate with Designers and Sales Teams to understand project scope, design intent, and client budgets.

4. Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and pricing sheets for turnkey interior projects.

5. Flag cost overruns, value engineering opportunities, and suggest alternate materials / suppliers to stay within budget.

6. Support sales proposals with cost breakdowns and commercial insights.

7. Participate in client meetings to explain costs when required.

8. Update cost databases and maintain pricing templates for standard modules, finishes, and categories.

9. Monitor changes to project scope and update estimates accordingly.

10. Collaborate with the Category team to share key insights from the ground team for Category Improvement.

Requirements and Skill sets :

1. Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

2. Strong understanding of design drawings, specifications, and construction methods.

3. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

6. Proficiency in MS Excel
