Civil Engineering Project Lead

Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore Invites Applications for the Position of Project Manager (Civil Engineering).

Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences (SUAS), Indore — a constituent of Symbiosis Foundation, Pune — is seeking a highly competent and experienced Project Manager (Civil Engineering) to lead and oversee the construction of upcoming academic and infrastructure projects on campus.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, coordinate, and execute all construction and infrastructure development activities.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of civil projects — from design review, tendering, budgeting, and procurement to site execution and quality control.

Supervise contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and specifications.

Monitor material usage, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.

Liaise with architects, consultants, and university authorities for approvals and project milestones.

Qualifications & Experience :

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale construction or institutional infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of project management practices, material estimation, and construction standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
