Position : Residential Solar Sales Executive (Entry-Level)

Locations : Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Delhi / NCR

Start Date : December 1, 2025

Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage potential customers through outreach, demos, and local events to promote residential solar solutions.
  • Learn and educate homeowners on solar benefits, incentives, and savings.
  • Assist in site visits, proposal preparation, and deal closures under guidance.
  • Foster customer relationships and support the sales team in achieving targets.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to enhance our sales strategies in a dynamic startup environment.

What We're Looking For :

  • Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a passion for sales and sustainability (no prior solar experience required—we'll train you!).
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a go-getter attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently in the field.
  • Must own a 2-wheeler for local travel (travel allowance provided separately).
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; interest in renewable energy is a big plus.
