Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Design, code, and test automation workflows using UiPath.
• Leverage appropriate UiPath components : Studio, Robot, Orchestrator.
• Develop workflows and custom activities using C#.NET / Python.
• Translate business requirements into functional design specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of Office application, PDF, and Browser automation.
• Working knowledge of RDBMS (MS SQL).
• Working knowledge of OCR tools.
• Open to exploring and mastering new technologies such as AI, ML, and others, developing Proof of Concepts for potential project implementation.

Skills And Attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.

Experience

2+ years of relevant professional experience in UiPath and Power Automate Desktop (PAD).

Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) for building attended and unattended automation workflows.

Experience integrating PAD with Microsoft ecosystem (Power Apps, SharePoint, Outlook) for enterprise automation.

Must have implemented 5–10 end-to-end UiPath automation projects.

Experience in developing automation workflows and integrating RPA with enterprise applications.

Exposure to other RPA tools like Blue Prism / Power Automate is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Ability to work with senior executives and drive capability building & innovation culture.
