Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) located in Hyderabad. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, creating financial statements and reports, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks will include developing financial strategies, conducting financial analysis, managing financial risks, and leading a team of finance professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education : CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience : 8–12 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in education, multi-branch institutions, or service sector organizations.
• Knowledge : Strong understanding of financial planning, audits, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
• Skills :
• Strategic financial planning and budgeting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in ERP / financial software and MS Office tools
• Other Requirements :
• Ability to work closely with Trustees, Investors, and Senior Management.
• Integrity, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Exposure to school / group of schools finance will be an added advantage.

Financial Strategy & Planning : Develop long-term financial plans aligned with the vision and growth of the school group.
