Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in an administrative role and will be responsible for various tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office documents and files.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with office management software is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
