Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office documents and files.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and projects.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Experience with office management software is a plus.Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).Skills Required
