Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations and best-in-class service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates
  • Supporting recruitment and screening processes
  • Assisting in evaluating candidate profiles
  • Engaging in outreach and HR branding activities on LinkedIn.
  • Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and candidate information
  • Assisting in daily operational HR tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6 months –2 years of HR experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software / tools
