Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Associate Channel Sales Operations Analyst to join our Channel Operations team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, you'll be responsible for :

  • Reviewing and validating partner deal registrations for accuracy and program compliance, maintaining timely and accurate CRM / portal records
  • Serving as the main contact for partners on deal status and escalations, resolving inquiries efficiently
  • Collaborating with sales, legal, finance and operations to ensure smooth deal processing and alignment
  • Recommending workflow and system improvements, supporting automation and providing training and documentation
  • Generating deal registration reports, analyzing trends and providing insights to enhance processes and compliance

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Having 2-3 years of experience in channel operations, partner programs or sales support
  • Having experience with deal registration programs in tech industries
  • Having excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce and ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of the partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
  • Proficiency in Excel, G Suite, Reporting tools and Workflow automation
