Sr. Analyst, Decision Science
Description
The Digital analyst will be responsible for end-to-end data analysis of digital, stores and omni experiences, creation of dashboards, and partnering with technology partners to be a strategic thought partner. Their responsibilities will range from partnership with developers, collaboration with customer feedback teams, as well as building measurement plans and providing deep dive analyses. They will perform data analysis within Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Snowflake and will share findings and actionable insights to stake holders through the creation of dashboards and presentations, all developed with the end user in mind. They will also be a key strategic partner to help teams determine feature priority based on expected outcomes and measure the total impact of new features and experiences on customer performance. Curiosity, storytelling, analytical thinking and communication is key for this role.
What Will You Be Doing?
Ability to not only pull data but curate analysis and present out findings
Provide an objective source of truth to assess performance of customers shopping in stores
Relay back to manager plan for feature measurement, dashboard creation and execute analysis
Partner with stakeholders to set expected outcomes and goals for new omni features
Parter with technology partners and product owners on how to interpret dashboards
Summarize feature outcomes and effectively present recommended go-forward strategies
Build and maintain Power BI store and customer reporting
Own partnership in workshops to help brainstorm new ideas for features or site enhancements
Independently identify optimization opportunities on the site which increase conversion and enhance user experience
What Do You Need To Bring?
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
6-9 years of digital / eCommerce, analytics, or other related experience
Expertise in Web Analytic tools (Adobe Analytics – preferred; Google Analytics)
Expertise in Power BI or other data visualization tool (Power BI – preferred; Tableau)
Expertise in SQL
Experience with omni experiences and customer analysis within the retail space
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to executives, non-technical and technical audiences
Basic understanding of tag management is a plus
Demonstrated curiosity to take on complex projects and continue to learn new ways of thinking and technology
Proficient in MS Office core suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
