The Senior Manager, Benefits – APAC leads the design, execution, and governance of employee benefits across all APAC locations. This strategic role ensures benefit offerings are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with global and regional Total Rewards strategies. The role manages vendor relationships, oversees compliance, leads regional projects, and partners closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and external consultants

Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Design, manage, and optimize regional benefit programs across APAC, including medical, wellness, retirement, insurance, and time-off policies.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with country-specific statutory and regulatory benefit requirements;

stay abreast of regional legal updates and market trends.

set goals, provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support career development.

monitor costs, utilization, and ROI to ensure fiscal responsibility.

ensure materials are localized and culturally appropriate.

recommend enhancements based on data insights and business priorities.

Qualifications :

advanced degree or certification preferred.

knowledge of benefit programs in India and Philippines is preferred.
