About the Role
We’re building AI-driven tools to automate IT support operations for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). We’re looking for an experienced IT support technician who currently works at a company providing outsourced IT / NOC / SOC services to MSPs. Your hands-on experience will help us deeply understand workflows, tools, and real-world challenges faced by MSP technicians.
Responsibilities
- Share real-world insights on ticket workflows, RMM / PSA tools, and common IT issues.
- Advise on SOPs, escalation rules, and communication standards.
- Join occasional in-person sessions in Bangalore.
Requirements
Must be working full time at as IT support technician serving MSPs.2+ years in an IT Support / NOC / Helpdesk role at an IT company handeling MSPs.Hands-on with tools like ConnectWise, Autotask, NinjaOne, or Datto RMM.Perks
