Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable land parcels for upcoming villa and residential projects in and around Coimbatore.
- Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, and land valuation.
- Liaise with landowners, brokers, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Negotiate land deals and finalize agreements in line with company objectives.
- Maintain updated market intelligence on land availability, pricing trends, and zoning regulations.
- Build and manage a strong local network of landowners and intermediaries.
