Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SF Compensation & Variable Pay modules.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and align with SF-COMP & VP capabilities.
• Integrate Compensation & Variable Pay with other SAP SF modules and external systems.
