Role Description :

• This is an on-site, full-time IT Lead role based in Mumbai.
• The IT Lead will oversee daily IT operations, manage network administration, ensure robust network security, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide excellent customer service.
• The role will also include strategizing IT solutions, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize IT Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology practices and systems.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Expertise in Network Security to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and support.
• Recommend architectural improvements, design solutions and integration solutions for Data Centres and Cloud Environments.
• Deploy / Manage the enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud C Network implementation / operation.
• Liaising with internal auditors and GRC teams to ensure appropriate security and IT controls are implemented and maintained in the IT infrastructure.
• Managing and working as per the complete ITSM framework, helpdesk, incident, change and release management.
• Vendor Management, Procurement of its hardware like server, desktop network devices C laptops.
• Maintaining AMCs and contracts with Data centers and cloud service providers.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and teams.
• Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
