????Technology recruitment experience, preferably with a staffing firm or product-led company????Proven success in hiring across core technology and data verticals including Engineering, DevOps, QA, Product Management, Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and UI / UX Design????Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and job board optimization????Excellent communication, calibration, and stakeholder management skills????A high sense of ownership, speed, and comfort with changing priorities????Bring your sense of humour — (the kind that&aposs totally HR-compliant ????)????High performing Great.
