Job Description

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML / AI models to solve complex business challenges across multiple domains.
• Define, build, and evolve data models, analytical tools, and advanced data science capabilities.
• Apply statistical methods and algorithms to extract insights, optimize strategies, and improve business outcomes.
• Deliver solutions in areas such as :
• Object Detection & Image Recognition
• Natural Language Processing (NLP), Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modeling, Concept Extraction
• Recommender Systems, Text Classification, Clustering
• Customer Segmentation, Propensity & Churn Modeling, Lifetime Value Estimation
• Forecasting, Marketing Mix & Price Optimization, Response Modeling
• Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex findings into actionable business insights through clear visualizations and presentations.
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists; foster knowledge sharing and innovation.
• Drive projects using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore) to deliver impactful, production-ready solutions.
