Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at GRIHOM in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple projects

Coordinate between client requirements, design, and execution

Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality

Lead and guide site supervisors and project teams

Handle vendor negotiations and material approvals

Manage materials including long lead items and their supply chain

Coordinate with production and workshop team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within interiors / architecture

Strong leadership and communication

Multitasking ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
