Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for PAN India .
• Use advanced Boolean search strings , job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools to find top talent.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and relevant IT experience.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche skill sets.
• Work closely with hiring managers and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and daily reporting.
