Project Manager [Adobe Workfront]
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with knowledge of Adobe Workfront to lead cross-functional initiatives across digital, creative, and marketing teams. This role will ensure structured planning, seamless execution, and continuous optimization of workflows using Workfront as the central project management platform.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans across multiple workstreams
Translate business requirements into actionable Workfront tasks and templates
Workfront Administration
Create and manage Workfront projects, templates, reports, and dashboards
Ensure consistent use of Workfront across teams, promoting best practices and user adoption
Stakeholder Collaboration
Facilitate regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews
Align cross-functional teams including creative, content, development, and analytics
Risk & Issue Management
Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies
Escalate and resolve issues to maintain delivery timelines and quality standards
Performance & Reporting
Monitor KPIs, resource utilization, and project health via Workfront reporting
Deliver executive summaries and status updates tailored to leadership audiences
Qualifications
3–5 years of project management experience in digital, creative, or marketing environments
Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (basic to intermediate level)
Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, SharePoint, Confluence)
Preferred Skills
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification
Familiarity with DAMs, CMS platforms, or marketing automation tools
Experience managing creative production, web launches, or campaign workflows
