Job descriptionProven track record of significant sales achievements in technical or industrial products. Strong aptitude for computers and mechatronics concepts. Aggressive, dynamic, and confident personality with excellent communication skills in English and local languages. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, capable of addressing both small and large groups. Clear understanding of the sales process with eagerness to learn and apply strategic selling skills from global experts. Strong communication and leadership qualities with the ability to build and maintain customer and distributor relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the sales and promotion of world-class American automation products designed specifically for the Indian market.
- Conduct technical presentations for customers, perform detailed technical and business needs analysis, and recommend appropriate products.
- Follow up on existing sales leads and generate new opportunities through telephone and email solicitation.
- Execute direct sales to customers and provide necessary support to local distributors within the assigned marketing area.
- Train distributor sales engineers on company products, applications, and sales techniques.
- Reside within the assigned marketing area; the company has identified 75 marketing areas across India.
- Travel extensively to customer accounts within the designated marketing area.
- Participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences to promote products and expand market presence.
- Receive training in strategic selling skills, technical product knowledge, and participate in periodic training programs in the United States.
