Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve company objectives.Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure continuous improvement.Digital Marketing
Oversee all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.Drive online brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels.Create campaigns aimed at generating qualified sales leads and inquiries.Brand Building
Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity.Create compelling storytelling and positioning strategies for the company's products / services.Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials and touchpoints.Traditional & Gen Z Marketing
Plan and execute traditional marketing activities such as print ads, events, trade shows, outdoor advertising, and PR campaigns.Innovate and implement Gen Z–targeted marketing initiatives including influencer collaborations, viral content, and interactive campaigns.Network Utilization
Leverage personal and professional networks to identify opportunities, vendors, and partners for marketing initiatives.Build strong relationships with media agencies, influencers, and industry stakeholders.Budgeting & Reporting
Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively.Track ROI and present monthly / quarterly reports to management.Key Requirements
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience : Minimum 8–12 years of marketing experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Digital Expertise : Proven track record in running successful digital campaigns that boost brand presence and generate leads.
Traditional Marketing Skills : Hands-on experience in executing offline marketing strategies.
Gen Z Marketing Knowledge : Familiarity with trends, platforms, and strategies that resonate with younger audiences.
Network : Established connections with media, influencers, vendors, and marketing service providers.
Leadership Skills : Strong ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving set goals.
Analytical Mindset : Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
