Experience 7+Years

• Implement, Integrate and Support Customer Data Management module in Oracle Cloud Applications. Excellent techno-functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) tools and technologies.
• Experience of at least 2 Oracle CDM implementations, working as a lead techno-functional consultant.
• Creating and modifying data structures, views, and data stores in Oracle CDM.
• Handling ad-hoc data change requests from clients.
• Working with complex data structures to extract and transform data.
• Knowledge of other Oracle CDM features like deduplication, merging of Account / Contact
• Understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud
• Must have good understanding of SaaS Extensions – using Groovy, data integrations, Application Composer.
• Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards according to business requirements.
• Gather business requirements, document those, do fit gap analysis and map them to CDM application.
• Engage business users spanning multiple business units and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective technology solutions.
• Perform system configurations, create functional design documents, develop, and document test scripts.
• Conduct requirement and design workshops, manage and run conference room pilots, and drive user testing and training workshops.
• Co-ordinate with Onshore & Offshore functional / technical teams as needed for all project deliverables throughout the different phases of the implementation.
• Work closely with business analysts and project managers to provide support.

Qualification : BE, B Tech, MCA or equivalent preferred

Level of Experience : Between 7-15 Years
