Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Drive technical discussions, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to clean code practices and architecture standards.
  • Work hands-on with technologies including Node.Js, Nest.Js, React / Next.Js, and TypeScript.
  • Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases (preferably MongoDB and MySQL).
  • Ensure adherence to operational processes such as TAT for bugs, CMC, RCA, and other critical incident protocols.
  • Contribute to and enforce documentation standards across the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to ensure cloud readiness and performance optimization.

Required Skills

  • Understanding of frameworks like Next.Js, Nest.Js.
  • Knowledge of SAST (eg SonarQube, Snyk etc), DAST (eg Checkmarks etc) is good to have.
  • Nice to have Kafka, Redis, and Microservices.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment by taking ownership and delivering the performance.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and architectural patterns.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and recommending solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6 + Years of Experience in software Development.
