What You Will Get to Do :
Test Automation Development : Develop and maintain automated test scriptsTest Planning and Design : Analyze requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Participate in Test case ReviewManual Testing (when necessary) : Perform exploratory, usability, and acceptance testing to ensure the application behaves as expected.Defect Management : Identify, document, and report bugs using tools like Xray.Continuous Improvement : Analyze test results to identify patterns of failure and areas of improvement. Contribute to improving testing processes and workflows.Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with cross-functional & Cross-region teams, including developers, product managers, and operations teams, to clarify requirements and priorities.Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to align testing activities with development progress.Code Reviews : Review automated test code written by team members to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards and provide constructive FeedbackMonitoring and Maintenance : Monitor test environments and ensure they are up to date with the latest code and configurations. Maintain existing test scripts and update them as needed when application features change.Metrics and Reporting : Measure and report test coverage, defect densities, and other quality metrics. Provide status updates on testing progress, challenges, and risks to stakeholders.What You Will Bring :
Should have 3-5 years of experience in full time SEIT roleShould be familiar with end-end phases of test automationShould have excellent communication skillsShould have experience with any of the following tools REACT / RESTassured / REST SharpExperience with Node.js / React / Java Script / Python / C# languagesExperience with Jenkins and DockerAutomation experience at Unit, API / REST and UI levelExperience with Selenium / Test Complete / Cypress / ReactHands on experience with PowerShell scripting is a plusExperience in TDD / BDD testing processAbility to write complex SQL queries & stored procedures is a plusWilling to learn new tools / technologies as required to fulfill the jobDevelop, maintain and execute automated testsCandidate with Trading Domain Experience is a plusDevelop, maintain and execute automated testsExperience with Jenkins and Docker is a plusExperience with Cucumber Jasmine, Mocha or similar frameworksPerformance Testing Experience with LocustExperience in TDD / BDD testing process is a plusAbility to write SQL queries & stored procedures is a plusWilling to learn new tools / technologies as required to fulfill the jobWe encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
