KRA

  • Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking in international markets.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to enterprise clients, particularly for software development and AI-driven services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SaaS, software development, and AI industry trends to effectively position offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  • Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and industry events as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software solution sales, with a focus on international markets.
  • Demonstrated success in selling software development and AI services, including chatbots and generative AI solutions.
  • Strong experience with cold calling, lead generation, and managing the end-to-end sales process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
