Reporting to the Workday Support Lead, the person in this role will support the Talent Operations Team’s objective to provide and manage centralized, highly repeatable solutions that allow RSM to achieve business goals while balancing the needs of our employees.
The Workday Support Specialist will execute and support a vast array of centralized operational processes and tasks related to Workday including requirement creation, job posting administration, quality management, and offer letter execution exceptions, hire transactions, candidates changes and updates.
Job Responsibilities :
- Execute on and support a vast array of centralized operational TA business processes related to Workday. This may include :
- Requirement creation and ongoing administration
- Escalate to workday Support Manager, and coordinate with stakeholder regarding changes in start date or candidate status
- Job Posting administration and ongoing maintenance, including Yello integration
- Quality review and audit for Workday processes and reporting including evaluations and employment applications
- Execute offer exceptions and compensation updates in Workday
- Collaborate effectively within and outside the team to ensure integrated approach to the Talent experience
- Communicate daily with Workday Support Manager on productivity, quality & availability
- Identify communication and operational issues arising during day-to-day administration activities, making recommendations for process improvements to continuously improve efficiency and customer service.
