🕛 Shift Timing : 12 PM – 9 PM IST

🕒 Experience : 8 to 12 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong expertise in PHP, Python, and AWS to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web and cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and passionate about building high-quality software while guiding a talented team of developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications using PHP and Python .
• Define and enforce coding standards , best practices , and modern development workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to ensure successful, high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior developers , fostering a culture of technical excellence and learning.
• Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines , infrastructure automation , and AWS cloud deployments .
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive system performance optimizations.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
