B. About Your Role

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our Design team. In this role, you will create engaging motion graphics, animated content, and visual storytelling elements that elevate our digital brand and resonate with target audiences.

If you're passionate about animation, video design, and pushing creative boundaries using both traditional tools and emerging AI technologies, thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and love bringing ideas to life through motion, this role is for you.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, curious, and tech-savvy—someone who loves to tell stories through motion and continuously seeks out innovation in animation and video design.

C. Key Responsibilities

Design and animate motion graphics, video content, GIFs, and reels for digital and social media platforms.

Edit and enhance video footage with motion elements, effects, dynamic typography, and transitions.

Integrate AIpowered tools(e.g., Runway ML, Kaiber) to accelerate production workflows and boost creative outcomes.

Collaborate closely with design, content, and marketing teams to bring campaign narratives to life

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while innovating within the visual language

Stay updated with emerging animation trends, tools, and storytelling formats

Manage multiple motion projects with a focus on quality, deadlines, and creative impact

Success Metrics

Project Delivery – 95% of animation / video projects delivered on time and within scope

Creative Innovation – AI-based tools used in at least 30% of design processes to drive efficiency

Engagement Impact – Motion content helps increase social engagement rates by 15% over 6 months

D. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Experience :

3–6 years in motion design, video editing, and animation.

Essential technical skills :

Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion design tools.

Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, typography in motion, and video editing.

Experience in creating content for social media, ads, and digital marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with AI video generation tools like Runway ML, Kaiber, or similar tools to aid in animation and video content creation.

A strong motion design portfolio or demo reel showcasing your skills in animation and video editing.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory) :

Experience with 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D

Exposure to sound design, color grading, or visual effects (VFX)

Use of AI-based tools for ideation, storyboarding, or video enhancement
