Job description4 to 8 years of experience in Workday Security configuration. Strong understanding of Workday's security framework and cross-functional capabilities. Experience in documenting and implementing security requirements. Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe. Awareness of data protection regulations and compliance standards. Workday Security - Consultant / Senior Consultant / Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Compliance teams to understand security requirements and translate them into effective Workday Security configurations.
- Design and maintain security roles, domain security policies, and business process security policies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and access control standards across Workday modules.
- Document security requirements, process flows, and test scenarios.
- Monitor and audit security configurations to ensure alignment with governance policies.
- Stay current with Workday releases and security best practices.
- Participate in Agile / SAFe development cycles and contribute to solutioning discussions.
