We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) and Invoicing modules. This position is best suited for professionals who have already worked in complex enterprise ERP ecosystems and are capable of handling critical technical integrations, custom development, and performance enhancement activities independently.
The ideal candidate must possess hands-on knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle APEX, along with strong proficiency in PL / SQL and Oracle database optimization. This role plays a key part in analyzing existing integrations and migration processes, resolving functional or performance issues, and implementing new changes or enhancements to support business growth and continuity.
This is not a support-only position. We are looking for someone who can diagnose, design, develop, implement, and stabilize multiple components of the Fusion environment while coordinating with technical and functional teams. The position demands a solid understanding of business processes across O2C and finance domains, as well as the ability to deliver scalable solutions that align with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze ongoing Oracle Fusion ERP migration activities, understand customizations, integration pain points, and work towards optimizing them.
- Ensure technical stability across Oracle Fusion modules, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and APEX applications, especially around Order to Cash and Invoicing flows.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to integrations, data syncing, system errors, and transaction failures. Provide root cause analysis and long-term resolution strategies.
- Identify areas of performance bottlenecks in Fusion processes, OIC orchestrations, or PL / SQL components, and implement tuning solutions.
- Design and implement custom reports using BI Publisher (BIP) for various departments with dynamic filtering, scheduling, and data compliance checks.
- Build and maintain custom solutions using Oracle APEX, ensuring seamless interaction with ERP backend services, APIs, and Oracle databases.
- Contribute to change management by implementing enhancements, supporting deployment efforts, and documenting the solution landscape.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including functional leads, database administrators, QA testers, and DevOps for testing and go-live support.
- Drive improvement of existing technical assets and codebases for better maintainability and system resilience.
- Ensure alignment of technical implementations with industry best practices and organizations security and compliance frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5 to 6 years of professional experience working with Oracle Fusion Applications, specifically with a core focus on Order to Cash (O2C) and Invoicing process flows.Strong working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with a proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot REST / SOAP-based integrations and file-based transfer mechanisms.Demonstrated experience in handling at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementation project, including blueprinting, development, deployment, and post-go-live support.Hands-on experience in designing and delivering BI Publisher (BIP) reports across financial, invoicing, and operational domains.Expertise in Oracle APEX for developing interactive, data-driven web applications integrated with Fusion systems and external APIs.Deep understanding of Oracle Database architecture, including schema design, data model normalization, and performance tuning.Strong command over PL / SQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and exception handling logic.Capability to handle performance tuning and debugging across multiple layers of the technology stack.A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.What Youll Gain :
