Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager at Knight Oasis, located in Ramgarh. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage budgets, and drive sales. Responsibilities include managing the food and beverage department, handling receptionist duties, and providing exceptional customer service. The Hotel Manager will also be involved in developing strategic initiatives to enhance the guest experience and improve operational efficiency.

• Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Sales
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
