Job descriptionBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 7+ years in project implementation, customer management, or technology consulting roles. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in configuring and deploying technology solutions. Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, workflow diagrams, and general productivity tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work independently and resolve issues proactively. Comfortable with virtual meetings and online collaboration tools.
Title : SaaS Implementation / Onboarding Analyst
Location : Gurgaon
Salary : Up to 18 LPA
Working Days : 5-day week ( 2 days WFO & 3 days WFH)
Shift : 6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM
Perks : Both side cabs provided, meals available in office
Interview Mode : Virtual
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, collaborating with clients to understand needs and configure solutions.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and address any technical or process challenges to ensure seamless delivery.
- Conduct process analysis and recommend workflow improvements using technology.
- Provide expert guidance, product demonstrations, training sessions, and ongoing support to client teams during and after deployment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user instructions.
- Act as a technical advisor, troubleshooting issues and optimizing solutions for client requirements.
- Track project progress and profitability, identifying areas for automation and efficiency.
- Serve as a mentor to new team members, sharing best practices.
