Senior Data Scientist

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead data-driven initiatives, perform advanced exploratory data analysis, and build & deploy scalable machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, generative AI (GenAI), and machine learning deployment frameworks, with a good understanding of the life sciences domain.

Key Responsibilities :

8 to 10 years of experience in leading

design and development of advanced ML and Generative AI models.

Drive end-to-end data science projects from data preparation to deployment.

Apply LLMs, transformers, and other GenAI techniques to business problems.

Guide and mentor junior data scientists in technical delivery.

Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.

Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed models.

Stay current with GenAI advancements and evaluate adoption for the organization.

Required Skills :

Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).

Deep expertise in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, transformers, and GenAI frameworks.

Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling.

Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
