RED Global - ServiceNow BA - Hybrid - India - 12 Months Contract
Role : ServiceNow BA
Start Date : ASAP
End Date : 12 months + extension
Location : Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon
Capacity : Full-time (8 hours / day, 5 days / week)
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Over 5 years of extensive experience in ServiceNow modules and solutions, with strong hands-on expertise in ITSM.
- Implementation experience in the Change Management module, along with solid exposure to Case and Incident Management solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing business stakeholders while aligning requirements with the technical framework of the platform.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and proficient with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Skilled in handling automation solutions, including NowAssist.
- Good understanding of TMForum eTOM, TAM, and ODA concepts.
- Experience working with Telecom clients is desirable but not mandatory
