Job Summary :

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and fashion-savvy Sales Executive to join our ethnic wear retail showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for traditional Indian fashion, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to guide customers in selecting ethnic garments that suit their style and occasion needs. You will play a key role in driving sales, building customer loyalty, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting products (e.g., sarees, lehengas, kurtas, sherwanis, etc.).
• Explain product features, fabric types, embroidery details, styling suggestions, and price points.
• Offer personalized recommendations for festive, bridal, or casual ethnic wear shopping.
• Maintain a deep understanding of current stock, new arrivals, and ongoing promotions.
• Manage trials, fittings, and coordinate with alteration / tailoring teams if applicable.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary items such as accessories or footwear.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and displays aligned with visual merchandising standards.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase when required (e.g., for delivery, fittings, custom orders).
• Handle basic complaints or concerns and escalate when needed.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Achieve Sale target.
• Help another department as an as an when needed.

Salary Range : ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month
