Job descriptionMinimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English. Basic computer knowledge to record data and manage CRM. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused. Previous telecalling experience is a plus but not mandatory. Fixed short-term salary. Opportunity to gain experience in client interaction.
Job Title : Telecaller (Temporary – 6 Weeks)
Location : National Commerce House, 2nd Floor, Church Road, Siliguri – 734001
Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
Duration : 6 Weeks
Job Summary :
We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers for a short-term project. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking Hindi, Bengali, and English and engaging potential clients over the phone effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential clients as per the given list.
- Explain products / services clearly and answer queries in Hindi, Bengali, and English.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on customer responses .
