Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Advertising, or related field.
9-10 years of experience in event conceptualization, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
Strong storytelling, visual thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate brand strategy into engaging experiences.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) and research methods.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with activations and hybrid events.
Understanding of consumer psychology and behavior.
Knowledge of budgeting, project management tools, and risk mitigation.
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
