Job Summary
As an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant, you will serve as a primary post-sales contact for customers, providing functional and technical expertise across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM modules. You will resolve complex issues, guide customers on best practices, and act as a trusted advisor—bridging business requirements with Oracle Cloud capabilities.
This role requires a strong combination of functional domain knowledge, hands-on technical skills, and a customer-first mindset, along with the flexibility to work in a 24/7 support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary post-sales support contact for Oracle Cloud customers, resolving functional and technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex business and system problems across ERP,.
- Translate customer business requirements into Oracle Cloud configuration and solution recommendations.
- Provide hands-on support for integrations, data loads, reports, and workflows using Oracle tools.
- Manage escalated cases, collaborating with internal teams and setting realistic expectations for customers.
- Continuously improve support processes, tools, and documentation to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain detailed technical and functional documentation for solutions and troubleshooting.
- Stay current with new Oracle Cloud features, releases, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in BE, BTech, MCA, CA, or equivalent (or relevant experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM implementation/support.
- Hands-on experience in at least five modules from one pillar:ERP: GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, ZX, PSA
- Strong business process understanding and functional troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced technical skills in:SQL, PL/SQLOTBI, BI Publisher, FRSFBDI, ADFDIBPM Workflows, ADF FacesBI Extract (FTP), Payment Integrations, Personalizations
- Experience working in L2/L3 production support environments.
- Willingness to work rotational evening and night shifts.
Good-to-Have
- Exposure to multiple Oracle Cloud pillars (ERP + HCM or SCM).
- Experience in customer-facing support or consulting roles.
- Prior involvement in product escalations or global customer environments.
- Knowledge of release management and cloud patching cycles.
- Coaching, mentoring, or knowledge transfer experience.

Shift working is mandatory. Candidate should be open to work in evening and night shifts on rotation basis.
