We are hiring for the following roles :
1️⃣ Game Designer
- Strong understanding of 2D / 3D games (Hyper-Casual preferred)
- Design hyper-casual game concepts, mechanics, and progression systems
- Create Game Design Documents (GDD), flowcharts, user journeys & feature lists
- Work with programmers, artists and level designers to ensure design execution
- Analyze hyper-casual market trends and deconstruct hit titles
- Balance difficulty, in-game economy, pacing and user retention
Skills Required
Understanding of hyper-casual gameplay loops & feedback systemsKnowledge of Unity to validate gameplay ideas (basic prototyping preferred)Analytical mindset for player behaviour & economy balancingGood documentation skills (GDD, spreadsheets, diagrams)2️⃣ Game Programmer
Experience in Unity (C#)Implement 2D gameplay mechanics, game states & UI interactions in UnityWork closely with designers and artists to integrate assets & featuresWrite optimized, reusable, readable C# scriptsTroubleshoot bugs, performance issues & mobile deployment problemsContribute to rapid prototypes and release-ready buildsSkills Required
