Senior Technical Delivery Manager

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly organised and analytically driven Senior Technical Program Manager to support our Research & Development (R&D) organization. In this role, you will partner closely with R&D leadership to drive complex cross-functional technical initiatives, streamline operational processes, and ensure successful execution across teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of modern software development methodologies and cloud technologies, along with exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

What you'll do : Project Management :

• Drive engineering programs and releases from idea to delivery to deployment
• Shall be responsible for defining the program governance
• Champion long-term, scalable processes that support the growing needs of our company
• Drive end to end delivery across CI / CD, Release Testing & Performance, Application Security, Production Operations, Production Engineering and SRE.
• Lead system driven Observability and Reliability programs across multiple verticals with monolithic and microservices architectures.
• Establish KPI framework for Quality, Speed, MTTD and MTTR to improve predictable releases, Platform availability and Uptime.
• Drive the prioritization, scope, and schedule of product activities, working closely with architects and engineering leads
• Experience in managing challenging stakeholders and provide regular executive reports on program performance to senior management
• Go-to-person for all Project related information
