Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, deployment, and management of AWS cloud infrastructure supporting large-scale, mission-critical applications.
  • Build and optimize scalable SaaS platforms, ensuring performance, availability, and resilience.
  • Implement automation for deployment, monitoring, logging, rollback, and disaster recovery.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives through resource allocation, scaling policies, and infrastructure tuning.
  • Lead compliance and VAPT assessments, ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Oversee network and system performance optimization, including ISP routing, multicast, and uplink bottlenecks.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing cloud / infra team, providing technical leadership and escalation support.
  • Collaborate with product, trading, and compliance teams to align infrastructure strategies with business goals.

Requirements :

  • Cloud Platforms : AWS (Lambda, EC2 VPC, CloudFront, Auto Scaling, etc. )
  • DevOps and Automation : Python, CI / CD, Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring / Alerting systems.
  • Monitoring and Logging : ELK stack, Kafka, Redis, Grafana.
  • Networking and Virtualization : Virtual Machines, Firewalls, Load Balancers, DR setup.
  • Compliance and Security : ISO Audits, VAPT, ISMS, DR drills, high-availability planning.
  • Leadership and Management : Team leadership, project management, stakeholder collaboration.

    • Preferred Profile :

  • Experience : 15-20 years in infrastructure, cloud engineering, or DevOps roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Domain Knowledge : Experience in broking, financial services, or high-volume trading platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Electronics or related field.
  • Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving, cost-conscious approach, ability to work under pressure, and
